Warranty Coverage & Duration
All Micro Kickboard scooters are eligble for Micros manufacturer defect waranty by registering within 30 days of purchase. With the warantyWarehouse Deals and Last Chance scooters are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase, and allother Micro scoters are covered for 2 years from
the date of purchase.
This warranty safeguards against any rare defect(s) that may occur during the manufacturing process and does not cover wear and tear from everyday
use, shipping and handling, or improper use (see more specifics below)
Warranty Eligibility
To be eligible for Micro Kickboard’s manufacturer defect warranty, you must meet the following criteria:
The product must be purchased in the U.S. from an approved retailer (e.g. microkickboard.com, Amazon, Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, or another
authorized Micro retailer).
Warranty registration must be completed by the original purchaser.
The product must be registered within 30 days of the purchase date.
A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required

Solutions Offered
Ifyour product has a manufacturer’s defect and is covered under warranty, we’ll either repair it or provide spare parts, free of charge. We are happy to
offer free ground shipping on waranty replacement parts to addresses within the continental US. Items shipping to Alaska or Hawai may require a
shipping fee.
In the rare event that a repair is impractical, Micro Kickboard will, at our discretion, replace your product.
Please note: for a no -charge exchange,the defective item must be returned within 30 days; otherwise, you will be responsible for the full price of the
exchanged item.
What Is Not Covered?
o Second-hand product
Modified or altered product
Poorly maintained product (i.e., rust/oxidation)
Normal wear and tear
Excessive load on product
Cosmetic issues such as fading, scratching, or denting
Environmental damage
o Improper or abnormal use of product
Any damage, failure, or loss caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, or theft
Failure to follow instructions or warnings in owner’s manual
Holiday Warranty Extension
For orders placed between November 1st and December 31st, Micro offers an extended warranty reglstration window through January 31st. This ensures
gift purchases have adequate time to complete registration.
